The flooding of the Isimba hydropower reservoir has been officially confirmed as delayed until at least the end of August so anyone hoping to get some last surfs on Nile Special, or some quality hang out time on the Hairy Lemon Uganda have officially got a few more months!

Problems with the quality of construction have delayed the project, and it’s possible there may be further delays but we can’t bank on that. For now, if you wish to experience Nile Special and the Hairy Lemon before they’re gone, get here before the end of August!
